    Description

    The gymnastics set is designed for youth and adults. The equipment includes 3 sets of gymnastic rings, 1 training bag, 5 climbing ropes, 2 single bars, and 3 bars with handles (1 vertical and 2 horizontal). The construction is made of steel, protected against corrosion, and powder-coated. Exercises on this equipment strengthen the muscles of the arms, legs, waist, abdomen, back, and chest, while also improving cardiovascular and respiratory endurance.
