As a company, we are committed to actions towards corporate social responsibility. Our efforts aim to create positive changes in our immediate social environment. We strive to be an active participant in shaping a better social reality.

We are aware of our responsibility towards the planet and understand that we can only prevent its destruction and pollution through collective action. We have implemented a series of specific principles that we prioritize at every stage of our operations.

Products

  • Our products are made from materials that come from recycling or certified sources.
  • The steel we use for our products is 100% recyclable.
  • We use SBR rubber granulate that comes from recycled car tires.
  • In production, we use HDPE boards primarily made from recycled materials. This makes our products eco-friendly and helps to reduce waste.
  • The wood we use in our products comes exclusively from FSC-certified suppliers. We have also minimized the amount of wood used to the necessary minimum to avoid unnecessary deforestation.
  • The materials we use are of high quality and extend the life span of our products.
  • Our stainless steel is not painted, which reduces the use of galvanic and paint coatings. This helps to reduce CO2 emissions and energy consumption.
  • Our packaging is made exclusively from fast-growing wood sourced from FSC-certified suppliers.
  • We know that our operations impact the natural environment and therefore implement principles that contribute to its protection. We focus on developing eco-friendly technologies and materials to make our products even more environmentally friendly.

Production facility / Office

  • Our facilities are lit with LED lights, which are highly energy-efficient.
  • We have minimized energy consumption for heating and cooling by implementing appropriate solutions.
  • We have switched to e-invoicing and electronic documents to reduce paper usage to a minimum.
  • Thanks to our photovoltaic panels, we achieve significant savings in electricity consumption.
  • In our vehicle fleet, we prioritize environmentally friendly electric vehicles.
  • We use rainwater to irrigate our green areas.
  • We are very environmentally conscious, and waste segregation is an essential issue for us.
  • We conduct tree and shrub planting campaigns to contribute to the protection of the natural environment.
  • We prefer emission-free modes of transportation to commute to work, such as bicycles and scooters, to reduce harmful emissions into the atmosphere.
  • We try to limit the number of paper catalogues and marketing materials and instead use electronic materials to reduce deforestation and environmental pollution.
  • We have placed plants in our office spaces, which enhance work comfort and improve air quality.
  • We avoid plastic water bottles in favour of dispensers with reusable containers to reduce the amount of plastic waste thrown into the environment.
  • Our electrical devices use energy-efficient solutions.
  • We limit the number of business trips by using online meetings, which contributes to reducing CO2 emissions.
  • In addition, we conduct a tree planting campaign for every sold LUMO PLAY device to compensate for our environmental impact.

We support various social initiatives and non-governmental organizations that undertake actions for local communities. We also strive to engage our employees in charitable and volunteer activities, making our company an active participant in shaping a better world. We believe that corporate social responsibility is not only the duty of every company but also an opportunity to create a better social reality for all of us.

  • Supporting local communities by donating Inter-Play products free of charge.
  • We take special care in creating an offer that is inclusive and accessible to people with disabilities, seniors, and those who are socially excluded.
  • Sponsoring the Swim2Tri sports club.
  • Funding medical treatment for those in need.
  • Humanitarian aid for Ukraine - providing medicine, clothes, and food, organizing accommodation.
  • Employing people affected by the war in Ukraine.
  • Assisting during the COVID-19 pandemic - sending masks and thermometers to our partners in Asia.
