Playset LUDO FOREST 4-1

LUDO FOREST 4-1 Playset is inspired by the forest and transforms any playground into an adventurous world for young explorers, where nature encourages play, exploration, and imagination. The playset includes, among other features, four towers with platforms, two slides, a chain bridge, a rubber belt bridge, two access climbing ramps, a bridge between the platforms, a tic-tac-toe panel, and an activity panel with a transparent coloured window. The structure is made of S235 carbon steel, protected against corrosion by hot-dip galvanizing and powder coating. The slides are made of stainless steel. The activity panels and decorative elements are manufactured from HDPE. The platforms and step are made of Hexa HPL panels.

• The structure is made of galvanized and powder-coated black S235 steel, with posts of 80 x 80 mm profile and a 2 mm wall thickness.
• The platforms in graphite colour made of 10 mm thick HPL Hexa panels.
• The panel with decorative elements is made of 15 mm thick HDPE, with the coloured semi-transparent element (apple) made of 8 mm thick tinted plexiglass board.
• The tic-tac-toe game panel with decorative elements is made of 15 mm thick HDPE.
• The slide is made of 1.5 mm thick stainless steel sheet with side panels made of 15 mm thick HDPE.
• The rope climbing ramp is made of reinforced black polypropylene rope with a diameter of 16 mm. Plastic and aluminium connectors are used.
• The climbing ramp is made of 10 mm thick HPL Hexa board, with climbing elements and side panels made of 15 mm thick HDPE.
• The step is made of 10 mm thick HPL Hexa board, with side panels made of 15 mm thick HDPE.
• The fireman’s pole, a bent tube, is made of S235JR steel, with a tube diameter of 42.4 mm and a 2 mm wall thickness, powder-coated.
• The handrails are made of S235JR steel with a diameter of 33.7 mm and a 2 mm wall thickness, powder-coated.
• The decorative elements are made of 15 mm thick HDPE boards.
• The chain bridge consists of steps made of HDPE and a 6 mm diameter stainless steel chain.
• The rubber strap bridge is made of EPDM rubber straps with a thickness of 10–12 mm. The openings are protected and reinforced with 15 mm thick HDPE. The handrails are made of S235JR steel tubes with a diameter of 42.4 mm and a wall thickness of 2 mm, powder-coated. The chain is 6 mm diameter AISI316 stainless steel.
• The passage (4 steps) between two platforms has a frame made of black S235JR steel with an 80 x 80 mm profile and a 2 mm wall thickness, powder-coated. The steps are made of 15 mm thick HDPE.
