LUDO OCEAN 6-1 Playset is an ocean-inspired playground structure that transforms any playground into an exciting world of underwater adventures. The playset includes, among other features, six towers with platforms, two slides (a straight slide and a fireman’s pole-style slide), two climbing ramps, two chain bridges, a rubber belt bridge, a tunnel connecting the platforms, a rope climbing wall, an activity panel with a window, and an activity panel with eight discs that emit colourful light effects when set in motion.The structure is made of S235 steel protected against corrosion by hot-dip galvanizing and powder coating. The slide is made of stainless steel. The activity panels and decorative elements are manufactured from HDPE. The rubber belt bridge is made of reinforced rubber strips with openings protected and strengthened with HDPE elements. The platforms and step are made of Hexa HPL panels.

• The structure is made of S235 carbon steel, galvanized and powder-coated, with 80 x 80 mm posts and a 2 mm wall thickness.
• The platforms in graphite colour made of 10 mm thick HPL Hexa panels.
• The panel with decorative elements is made of 15 mm thick HDPE, with the central window made of 5 mm thick transparent polycarbonate sheet.
• The fish and water drop panel is made of 15 mm thick HDPE, with movable elements and LUMO illuminated wheels.
• The slide is made of 1.5 mm thick stainless steel sheet with side panels made of 15 mm thick HDPE.
• The slide with handrails is made of AISI 304 stainless steel tube with a diameter of 42.4 mm.
• The rope climbing ramp is made of reinforced black polypropylene rope with a diameter of 16 mm. Connectors made of plastic and aluminium are used.
• The climbing ramp is made of 10 mm thick Hexa HPL board, with climbing elements and side panels made of 15 mm thick HDPE.
• The access step is made of 10 mm thick Hexa HPL board, with side panels made of 15 mm thick HDPE.

• The bridge made of straps is constructed from EPDM rubber straps with a thickness of 10–12 mm. The openings are secured and reinforced with 15 mm thick HDPE elements. The handrails are made of S235JR steel tubes with a diameter of 42.4 mm and a wall thickness of 2 mm, powder-coated. The chains are 6 mm diameter AISI 316 stainless steel.
• The passage (4 steps) between two platforms has a frame made of S235JR carbon steel with an 80 x 80 mm profile and a 2 mm wall thickness, powder-coated. The steps are made of 15 mm thick HDPE.
• The tunnel is made of a black corrugated PP (polypropylene) pipe with an outer diameter of approximately 68 cm, with panels entirely made of 15 mm thick HDPE.
