Inclusive swing SATURN XXL

One-person gondola swing intended only for one person using a standard or electric (larger than standard) wheelchair. The swing is equipped with a seven-elements Safety System INTEGRADO. The INTEGRADO System includes:

1 - The Lock System prevents the use of the swing by unauthorized persons (standard feature).

2 - The skid stabilizes the entry of wheelchair into the swing.

3 - A gas spring pressing the ramp and preventing it from dropping if the handrail is accidentally raised while swinging.

4 - A damping actuator protecting against excessive swaying of the swing gondola.

5 - Clutches limiting the swing’s tilt.

6 - A ring locking the ramp from opening during use.

7 - Rubber bumpers protecting people approaching the swing within the gondola’s movement zone.

The user can independently set the swing in motion or stop it by pulling on the ropes. The swing is fitted with a key lock that prevents unauthorized use. To close the entry, pull the ramp using the side chains and secure it with the handrail. The gondola is unlocked by lifting the ring that locks the ramp and pushing the ramp down. The wheelchair is immobilized using a brake. The swing's gondola is equipped with rubber bumpers (shock absorbers) on both sides.The structure is graphite (RAL 7016) and gray (RAL 9006), while the gondola is red (RAL 3000). The structure is made of black steel, hot-dip galvanized with an epoxy-zinc primer and powder-coated. Screws and other fastening elements are covered with plastic caps.
