Description
The gymnastics set is designed for youth and adults. The equipment includes 1 training bag, 1 set of gymnastic rings, 4 climbing ropes, and 4 single bars. The construction is made of steel, protected against corrosion, and powder-coated. Exercises on this equipment strengthen the muscles of the arms, legs, waist, abdomen, back, and chest, while also improving cardiovascular and respiratory endurance.
