Description

The Ninja Park Gymnastics Set is a set of equipment for comprehensive full-body training. The product is designed for young people and adults. The Ninja Park workout is based on the use of the user's own body weight, which allows for effective and safe exercises developing especially the upper body and torso, as well as affecting the sense of balance and improving motor coordination. A unique feature of this product is its modularity, which allows for individual configuration of the set, adapting it to the specific needs and preferences of the customer. The set consists of the following equipment: with three movable handles, four levers, three swivel wheels, four ropes, four gymnastic wheels on chains and four handles.
